EASY MONTHLY INSTALMENTS!

We have a number of payment plans letting you spread your ticket price over 10 / 8 / 5 or 4 months.

Start in September and make 10 payments of £23 - Total Price £230

Start in October or November and make 8 payments of £28.75 - Total Price £230

Start in December or January and make 5 payments of £46 - Total Price £230

Start in February or March and make 4 payments of £57.50 - Total Price £230

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Make sure you read and understand the below before proceeding with an instalment plan.

Our Full Price weekend ticket including booking fee is £230. You can spread the cost with manageable monthly payments

EXAMPLE:
1. Start in September and you will pay x10 instalments of £23 - a total of £230.

2. Your first payment of £23 will be taken immediately upon signing up.

3. The remaining 9 payments will be taken each month thereafter, from the card you used to sign up with.

4. Upon successful completion of the Instalment Plan (ie all payments received in full and on time), you will automatically receive an e-ticket to your email address. Please note this will be sent to the email address you signed up with.

5. You will receive your e-ticket by email no later than two weeks before the start of the 2025 festival. Please do not contact the Festival asking about the status of your e-ticket before this date - we'll be overwhelmed and won't be able to respond to everyone!

6. Should you fail to complete your payment plan (e.g. cancel your subscription before all payments have been made; insufficient funds on your card, even after instalments have been automatically re-attempted), you will not receive an e-ticket. You will not receive a refund of any payments made under an incomplete Instalment Plan.

7. Want to buy multiple tickets via Instalment Plans? Set up a new subscription for each ticket, using separate email addresses!

8. You can change the payment card from which we collect your monthly Instalment Plan payment at any time. You can do this by accessing our Instalment Plan Customer Portal. You will receive a link to this portal in your Order Confirmation email, and in subsequent Payment Reminder emails. For ease, the link is also provided here: Customer Portal . Please do not contact the Festival asking to change card details. For security reasons, we cannot take card details via email/over the phone - they must be changed securely, via the Customer Portal .

9. You can cancel your Instalment Plan at any time. This can be done via the Customer Portal (link above in point 8.). However, please take note of point 6. above. In the event of cancelling your Instalment Plan, you will not receive a refund of any monthly payments already made.
