Take your ticket to the wristband exchange desks at the front doors of the venue where it will be exchanged for a wristband which will be put on for you. Don't take it off at all over the weekend as this will gain you entrance each day. Damaged wristbands may be exchanged but do not lose them because they cannot be replaced.
Blackpool is on the North West Coast of England - the nearest major cities are Manchester and Liverpool. There is an airport at Blackpool offering limited services. Trains from Manchester and Liverpool are regular. The train station you need is Blackpool North. If driving then take M6 and follow signs.
